Trouble finding info on double die 4 pennies I cannot believe thatno one didn't correct this. A lincoln CENT isn't a pennie.
It appears to be a slight MD. Very common in the 80's. For the 1984 the only doubling I'm aware of is the Double ear lobe.

Does this have multiple issues? 1st the "I" in liberty..Machine Damage? And the "3" in date. A die crack or worn die? Any help would be nice
