IMO cleaning a coin is done to deceive someone who is less knowledgeable and i will not buy them...

I think you should be able to confirm a great example on your own and if you cant you should find a new hobby. Not all coins are slabbed equal...

Well not a horrendous amount, but you can find MS66 examples for around $100 to $125. I think the seller was asking the premium for the rainbow...
Listing says rainbow tone but well see. when it gets here ill post new pics those are seller pics.
