yeah the coin looks completely different in these new photos. you can still see the wild colors but much better
PCI slabs have been known to actually cause toning in coins. i saw a bunch of ASE's once that happened to. they had pictures of before the coins...
it all depends on the year and district. there are low print run star notes that could still have some value in circulated condition.
