For what it's worth, if you have to use that much magnification to see it, it's probably not going to be worth much even if it is a mint-produced...
I've got an MS62 1879-CC, and it's a lot better than the one above. To me, that's got to be an MS60.
Would it be worthwhile to call or correspond with PCGS to ask what they found wrong with it? How they knew it was spurious? That's what I would do.
If they're all similar to this one, I would say to spend them.
