it is a misaligned strike or( Mad) it is a mms-005. My pictures are terrible. The mint mark just looks off to me.. here’s one more pic for fun...
it does appear to have scratches but there’s black fibers that got in between the plastic film of the holder.lol The hair is a bit flattened....

Not only does the Washington quarter have md on the face but the date has doubling as well. As for the 88 d penny it also has a slight raised rim.
