Die cracks are very common on Washington quarters along the perimeter of the Head on the Obverse and the perimeter of the wings on the reverse....

It looks like a nice coin for what you paid. It appears much nicer in the second set of photos.
Personally, I'm suspicious of any silver dollar with that much oxidation on the surface. I doubt it would look like that if it were a pocket...
That's best. The toning makes it hard to see much from a photo. XF40 is fair...assuming original surfaces...(imo). Nice strike!
I don't have any materials to reference, but the reverse should be easily attributable. I don't know about the surfaces, either. It would be nice...
