Pretty hard to tell from that photo i was just looking on the ikegroup and could not honestly say. I wish i could have it in hand.

Acetone but i dont think it works for old finger prints other than that i really dont know. If you decide to go the acetone route i suggest you do...
PMD i see these all the time while roll searching. could have been caught in a dryer or something where it rolled along its rim for an extended...
