Wow, I had no idea! You're right, of course. Well, I'm learning. Thank you.
Thanks for the website. I'll be sure to check it out.
Ok. I'll go on line or coin talk search and study that one.
Don't tell me, I've not been looking for that one.
What? Maybe it's not rare then. I don't know. But I've been looking and found a 1982 copper small date, not the D mint mark, though. Mmmm.
Lol well at least I can tell the difference between the large and small dates. 2 months ago, I couldn't even see the difference.
Dang it, it's not copper. Weighs 2.5. Oh well, back to the drawing board!
I think I found a small date 1982 D penny, although it isn't in very good shape. What do you all think?[ATTACH]
Thanks so much, I trust you folks 100 percent.

So, I have new coins to examine. I was looking at 1982. I looked it up, only to discover Brass pennies are worth a bunch, even modern ones. Could...
Thanks for the input. I've tried to magnify the coin so you can see the small detail, but it's not going to happen. Going out today to trade my...

It did, but I was too busy looking at the floating roof. How did it happen? So, if it's not rare, why are some folks making a big deal out of it?
So, I looked at a video that showed a 1969D coin with floating ceiling, plus no initials. Then I went through my pennies with that date and mint...
Excellent job describing the differences of the small and large S on coin. Thank you so much!
Ok I've used it before, thanks again!
Thanks. But I don't see a web link.
Just checked out the torch on the dime, and the bell on the half dollar. Not clear, as desired on those coins, I'm afraid.
