It's the edge of a teller stamp, where the ink went just slightly off the edge of the band. Nothing more.

Boy, talk about a weak strike. I'm glad SEGS made it right for you. I've always thought their grading on early copper was pretty accurate.
I was under the impression that there was only one 'dot' cent: the 1936.
I can say with 90% certainty that it is a counterfeit. Better pictures would help, though.

Assuming those are all dated 1921, the value would be in almost everything but the dollar. If it were me, I'd put a 1921 Peace dollar in there...

Near as I can tell, that's just a cleaned (UNC Details) 1921 Morgan. Never hurts to hope, though.
