I know that many "artifically toned" coins have been slabbed and some naturally toned coins have been body bagged for being artifical by the TPGs....
I have one negative from when I first opened my account and started selling. I was new to the eBay game and left a buyer a neg for not responding...
On some of my Canadian cents, heat seems to turn the coins a purplish hue (at least I think it was caused by heat). Is this kind of heat...

Soak them in acetone. I had a similar problem with notes glued by their edges, and the acetone did nothing to the notes but loosened the glue.
