The coin will not even go to the "grading room". Your grade is safe. They'll crack it out, photograph it and reslab it.
Most coin shows around here dealers buy for spot and sell for 3 or 4 dollars over.
I've never seen a PCGS certified 1993 VF35 cent. They must be super rare and worth lots of money! :)
