You're right. You win. Go with PCGS. OP please keep my information in mind for future submissions of mint errors or varieties. Best of luck!
NGC is also cheaper in their Mint Error service and Variety Plus. That, combined with economy service is what I use mostly, so it's always cheaper...
I voted MS67. My gut reaction was an easy 66, then I blew the pics up and bumped it up to a 67. Fantastic coin. Love it.
I will say that as of this moment, NGC is much faster than PCGS, (and cheaper as always), and PCGS has started playing their "questionable color"...

For certified coins...
This is less concerning to me than the "no reserve" auctions for fakes that go sky high.... although these sellers are probably providing those...
That could very well be the same thing. I don't keep track of Flynn numbers or NGC and their Variety Plus numbering system.

Crazy thing is, Heritage also auctioned an OGH VF20 for $1150 years ago. Wonder if it's the same coin?
I thought this as well until I experienced it happening with all 3 of my current orders and the previous 2 orders before those that were in process.
This is happening with every, single, order. I have an economy grading order, a quarterly special order, and a crossover order there now and they...

Gerry Fortin calls it an R.6. He says the obverse die was heavily polished and the reverse die was leftover from the 1838-O! Wasn't that one...
