I went with AU-50 given the year and coin type PCGS is a little more forgiven on the dings and the grader appreciated the luster still left.
Bought some flips and magnify glass last Monday and it arrived last Saturday through UPS. Good services to me

PCGS used to charge $10 per coin to remove milkspots but they were overwhelmed by tens of thousands of submissions they moved it to the...
No TPG or Holder stops or helps prevent toning that Im aware of. Coins are untreated metal and will be subject to oxidation.
Milkspots appeared after grading, has nothing to do with PCGS. send back to seller, sell it at a discount or learn to live with it.:bag:

Silver is much more rarer then Gold in the Earth, so it's already backwards.
I can see that happening today it cost me $43 to fill my cars gas tank but back in Feb. it was only $17.50 to fill up.
I would get it graded by a TPG after someone can explain the proper mint error to submit it as.
