IMO I cant see any doubling in the date, So I would say it's the VAM C3c - which describes your coin perfectly. Heres the link from VAMworld...

I'm surprised with the grade of the first coin, I thought it was a 65. I guess the pics, and toning are hiding some of the nicks. Still very nice...

MS 65 (maybe 66) and MS 64. Both coins are beautiful, I wouldn't be surprised if either was PL, probably the 1st one though.

Nope the mint makes Proof ASE -they of course have the W mint mark, and they make Uncirculated ASE with the W mm. Right now the only 2009 ASE out...
