I rank them above the Need Glasses Charlie boys. I think ICG badly damaged their reputation during the period when they were grading lots of stuff...

Die #2 is rotated counter clockwise whereas Die #8 is rotated clockwise. I found multiples of both dies back in '72 while looking for Die #1....
