This coin is very shiny and there is something on the reverse. Was this coin dipped or altered in some way? [ATTACH] [ATTACH]
It raised not dented.
Reverse in memorial looks like another head 2 spaces to the right of image. [ATTACH] [ATTACH] [ATTACH]
It is noticeably thinner than a copper cent but weighs 3.1g. Does that make a difference?
This 1965 penny is 20mm diameter and is thinner than your normal penny but weighs 3.1 grams. Could this be a foreign planchet error? Panama....
The suface of the coin looks inconsistant. Looks like a very thin layer of surface is missing in the patchy areas.
