I know of others, but the VAM 2D/2E are REALLY rare. After spending some time with it I agree it doesn't have a chance at 64, but 62 seems too low...

It matches, but the most glaring thing is the reverse. It's a '79 reverse and the mintmark is all wrong.

I think the criteria is reflectivity past 12 inches, where DMPL is past 6 inches.
