it will be best to try to remove the spots from the reverse. IF you dip it, make sure to wash the chemicals off pretty well.
Most I've seen have been ms-62 or 63.
The spots are going to lower the grade to around ms-62.

It's a really nice coin! The 41-s is often seen poorly struck, so nice to see a FS coin. There is also a large S and inverted S type for this date.

Looks like corrosion or plating blisters. Quite common on zinc cents. Not exactly sure if that is what you were referring to though.
