This is an Eretnid dirham of Mehmet Bey. See zeno#144691 for a similar example
First one is Ilkhans, Abu Said, 729 AH, mint missing. Second one is again Ilkhan, Abu Said, Baghdad, date missing. They are pretty common.
This is certainly an imitation. I am not sure if it is contemporary. It could also be a modern forgery.
