It looks prooflike ( never seen a P/L 1921) so I think polished but photos are poor, worth at least about $24 or so for silver.

It's a solid Good I'll go G-6 reverse has too much of that AG-3 look for the coin to get a VG-8. Market grade it at G-6, it's really a 4 ( barely).
