If it is presently graded 64, I doubt their is 50/50 chance it comes back as a 65...it might well get a 63....that would be a disastor ! I think...
I see it as a MS-62/ MS-63, I'd be very happy with a MS-64 grade. I wouldn't attempt to get a 64 out of it if it is now 63.

That's the only real possibility if the coin is not a Chinese counterfeit.
It seems this coin has a pure copper core, so missing the outer layer(s) should not make it look silver in color, IMO ! Is It Really Gold? Both...
