a good price on an Indian probably means something is wrong with it. You can ALWAYS find a problem Indian (cleaned, scratched, etc) at a bargain.
I don't think that 1960 is a PR70 though.

well, 24.3 is the exact diameter of a US quarter from 1828 to present. here is a great site that categorizes coins by diameter. very informative...
Canadian large pennies come in at 25.4 - closest i can think of.
