I find about the same amount of mercs as silver rosies. Maybe about 2 per box if you're lucky otherwise just expect 1.

All toning is a form of corrosion, it just isn't referred to as such when it is as insignificant as the OP's coin. It's just called ugly toning in...

Looks like a nice coin but that doesn't really look that weak to me. Maybe a late die state and you saw a few of the coins struck by that die.

Nah it cartwheels. I have never seen that except on harshly cleaned coins but I imagine it would look fairly awkward and I wouldn't buy a coin...
Looks like a nice coin! That being said, you definitely overpaid a little IMO unless it is a 65 which I doubt. At most maybe $20 for a raw BU...
