The area around "States Of" is directly opposite the bottom of Lincolns bust and often didn't strike up well.
Look on the reverse, left wheat ear. 100% fake no question. Common Chinese counterfeit with the die chip marker on the reverse.
That is from die fatigue, notice how both sides of the coin have somewhat of a rough appearance.

The only that I can tell easily is the 67 nickel if I found it in circulation. It has a new reverse hub that's not on the circulation strikes....
