Yeah, the 7070 is worth at least 75 if not more by its self. Seems like you can find a hand full of 09 S vdb before you find one type set album.
Classic roller damage, seen lots of coins killed by rolling machines.
Congratulations! Great coin!
On the real deal, the doubling is not as extreme. Funny the mint mark they got in the correct place, but wrong shape.
The bust of Lincoln looks off. I've owned the real deal, and can say for sure this one is not it. Also, pretty sure its a fake.
Not the ddo, for one thing the mint mark is too low, 1969 S ddo 1 is unmistakable.
I'm an hour from Denver, but no 16 dated anything yet.
I like it. An error on a replacement note.... That replaced an error. I'm sure some currency guys will chime in later.
Yeah, not THE ddo, but is common machine doubling. Machine doubling is way more common than non machine doubled on this issue.
It doesn't look to be the overdate. On the 42/1-d, there is doubling on the bottom of the 4, and I don't see it on your coin.
Sure looks like it.
Usually a few weeks turn around.
One of my dealers will break up proof sets to retail individual coins, and he often puts sub par proof cents and nickels in the till.
