Read someone's article that said that the mint did not make lincoln pennies in 1959 and continued from 1960. Bad article?

Sorry. I meant on the reverse the wheat leaf is minted on it either upside down or right side up except it is not exactly in the same location....
The "9" at the end of 1959 seems more curled. Also the FG on the reverse seems doubled anls well as the lincoln inside the building. Is this fake?...
