Hard to tell the grade from such small pictures. Looks maybe be AU-50 or MS-60 but I can't really tell. Nice coin regardless.

Probably not cleaned (if it was, it was done properly). I would say MS63 but without pictures that aren't blurry, there's no way to be sure.
