I would pass this one by as, to me, it is QC.
QC
Are we done with the Franklin? If so, NT on the Morgan.
I have a Canadian half that has colors like this, so: NT
AT

MA I can see where some people would have an interest in this coin. Not me, doesn't look right, but some people.
Maybe we need to ask some Dentists to vote on this, as 4 out of 5 always goes one way or the other. :D
I'm wondering, out loud, if this had brighter or more saturated colors at one time but now the toning is going terminal?
This is one of those border line QC and I'm at 49% QC and 51% NT. So my vote is NT with reservations.
Going by the photo in the slab and not the TrueViews, I say NT.

MS62 Nice luster.
What toning? Looks like a regular Business Strike quarter. What am I missing here? I guess MA
I can see some people wanting this coin and bidding accordingly. No idea if NT or AT but my vote is MA. (If AT it's one of the better jobs)
.
I would pass this one by but I think it is NT. Probably from a roll that had the ends that folded down (not rolled) or put in some sort of paper...
I have to go QC. To me, the neon pink and green on the Reverse looks like some amount of heat was applied. Just my opinion.
