It's either broad struck or struck off center. It appears that nearly all the lettering is there so I'm leaning towards broad struck. Nice find!
MS-65 FB in my opinion. I thinking that NNC gave it MS-66 FB.
I just checked and it was in mid to late 2020 when uncirculated cent boxes of that year (2020) were selling for $60-$125 each.
In my opinion it's a 64 and nothing less.
