use the magnifier in front of your camera. Use macro mode try to get pics in natural sunlight .
Looks to me like a slight off strike and the circular you see is most likely from a coin rolling machine .
If you post pics and such of your coins here on the forum you will get the best advice on them out there. IMO Fred Is one of the best error folks...
