I prefer raw and I don't see any problems with your coin, only indications that there may be very-very light circulation.
Your pics seem to indicate to me breaks in luster around the head. Without being able to look at the rims better that also left me wondering....
Surprised you didn't get your asking price regardless of my guess at grade. It's a nice looking coin, especially the reverse.
