From what I can see, I think it's a good clip, maybe some better pics are needed. The reverse looks more questionable than the obverse.

If it was struck on a fragment, it wouldn't have a straight edge, and the strike would be weak.
That is a carbon spot, there's a couple on the reverse also. It is not struck through anywhere I can see. I love those woodies.

It could be a piece of the die broke out, but it's hard to tell till new pics are here.
10 ppm is 1/1000 of 1%, 10/1000000=.00001. There are probably other unlisted contaminants at several ppm. Spock likes the flavor of denatonium.
I found it. The label says 100% acetone, but the ingredients list denatonium benzoate. I wonder what that stuff is, and if it is completely volatile.
