I don't really like how the toning looks (at least from those pictures) but it's probably better in hand. As for the ms67 grade... hard to tell.
I have a lot of junk silver in my collection that I will never sell. I think you made a good decision.
I have tried it on a few memorial cents and it gets rid of any luster the coin had and makes it look pale and ugly. In other words don't.
I don't know that you could call the 50D a "key" with a mintage of over 2 million. It's not even the most expensive in high grades. The 1916-D has...
If you know the series at all, or even just glance at a price guide for that matter, it's not hard to figure out which is the key to the series.
