G-6 I think it's been cleaned a long time ago. Not sure if it would straight grade or not if sent to a grading company.
My local dealer pays the same for a slick cull and an XF 1921 Morgan. Sometimes I cherrypick his inventory. :D
I'm not sure about Peace Dollars, but a dealer near me pays $20 each for Morgans. A dealer I watch on YouTube says he pays $22.
Defiantly damaged. A quarter gets it's reeded edge when it is struck. So if a coin that's supposed to have a reeded edge doesn't have a reeded...
I think it's MS-64+ but I'm going to guess PCGS gave it MS-65+ It's just a bit too weak for FBL in my opinion.
