the area around 5 is tough to tell from sellers pic. The dash right of 1 and very faint marks at top of 1 were my tells.
seller listed this one as normal date. I think its the 51/81 overdate. Not a great coin but for $13 its ok....

yes I think they start with the detail or sharpness grade and then deduct for flaws. I think they are stricter on both.
