Agreed, definitely a C-3. It looks to also be a later die state as well. :)
Just an extremely weak strike, as usually seen with most "O" mint Morgans. This coin has zero wear, so it is technically mint state.
Do you know if Dansco still does made-to-order custom albums? I know they have in the past, but after the ownership change they may have stopped.
