in fact, the rotated die census lists that there are an estimated 31 - 80 Lincolns from 1994 with dies rotated between 90 and 180 degrees.
Market still hasn't changed since I started collecting rotated dies 20 years ago. Plenty of modern Lincolns on the rotated die census.
