This question we have all heard before. If it is something you are interested in, you could start putting sets together of coins that have plating...

That is a tough one. I am still thinking tarnish/toning. However I am sure others will chime in that have more experience.

If you can, look up grading as suggested here but you can also get Photograde as well. You can probably find the same information for free on...
Can you take a bigger photo of it? Might just be toning but not sure.
