Julian-Vinson notes are hard to come by, compared to Julian-Morgenthau notes.
There's hardly any demand from MS68 or lower Silver Eagles. Pretty much melt value.
I'd say this coin would pass for MS-64 in any grading company, possibly even a MS-65.
