Is that a typo about Alltrista providing blanks for cents? I thougth you said all cents were made from strip at the mint. I was wondering how they could punch blanks and have the edges copper covered.

Edit: My bad, the post earlier mentions all denominations excepts cents. So both agree cents are purchased as blanks.

Correct. It is also specifically mentioned in that first video link in post #4 that one cent blanks are the only circulation coins not punched out by the mint from the coiled sheets.

I for one have actually had 3 loads of paper money as cargo. They tell you b4 you get there
    1. be well rested
    2. be full of fuel
    3. you do not stop for nothing until told to stop by the detail (cell phone# required before picking up load)
It's kinda fun when you run a scale house and the State Troopers come screaming out of the scale to chase you down and then you can figure out at least 1 of the chase cars, as they do not tell you which cars are your escorts, or how many. 1 load I had was paper destine to be destroyed and I know I was over 90,000 lbs from my gauges. I was told by one driver that hauled bullion before that they have armed guards ride with you.

I have a feeling that much of the metal is moved by rail. I will be checking this in the next few days, but aren't the facilities serv iced by spurs ?

If the federal and state cops are shooting it out with each other, I'd want to get out of there too.
