good website to buy slabed bullion?

Hi,

I have started to collect silver bullion coins mainly maples since I live in Canada but I have some from all modern series. I would like to have some of my favorite coins in MS70 state. Does any one know some good websites that sell slabbed silver bullion and deliver to Canada?

PS I know about APMEX but they are a pain to order from if you live in Canada unless you buy over $1500.

Mintproducts.com, but I'm not so sure about how 'Canada friendly' they are. Worth a look though....

 

I can only find ASE mostly MS69 I am looking for more of SML, Plis, Libertads, Pandas and Aussie bullion.

Well, basically a 'yank' here.

 

They do have a great selection of Pandas just nothing graded except for the ASE.

 

Check out paradisemint.com and moderncoinmart.com. Both have nice selections of what you are looking for. MCM has fee shipping this month (promotion). PM always has free shipping. TC

 

I checked out both sites but moderncoinmart.com doesn't ship to Canada for some reason I was going to spend over $200 sigh.

Can I be a little bit of a jerk? Why do you want bullion coins graded MS70, and how do you know you do not already own coins that are MS70? I mean, its a grade not something a TPG company adds to your coin. Go to a dealer and pick out an MS70 coin. If you do not know how to, then why is the grade important?

 

To me all of my pandas look perfect, they came to me sealed and I transferred them to air-tites with care and wearing cotton gloves. I just want to have my favorite coins in slabbed MS70 state.

On another note I have never seen any slabbed Silver Maple Leaf coins except the Olympics privy coins.

Maybe I will change my mind and get the MS69 they seem to be more wide spread and a lot cheaper I just have burning desire for the perfect coins

 

Beats me, bullion coins to me are just that, bullion. I don’t personally see the need to pay a big premium on something that is a basic commodity coin.

If somebody wants to collect them slabbed though, that’s their business. We all do things that other people question. I built a collection of junk silver half dollars, until I learned my lesson.

 

True, and I agree that anyone can colelct what they want. I was just saying that the OP might already own a MS70. If they look perfect to him, I would think that's good enough. Label the holder MS70 and save yourself money!

I don't want to have all my coins slabbed just the ones I really like,or the very detailed ones.
I collect bullion coins I like them they are big and pure. I have never been interested in collecting any other kind of coins. Maybe later on I will but bullion is what really got me into the hobby and I am new to this only about 3months in.

And the guys who posted above please feel free to post any sites that you have used to buy coins.
