Yea, its just the 100 point scale with the decimal place in a different spot. I wouldnt be surprised if this quietly faded away in a couple years like when they would put a W on the label for white
I think the grading company is trying to entice the card collector over to coins with a like grading system. I personally think the MS? System Is plenty good enough.

Most likely they will sell a bit as a novelty at first or people hoping they get a big premium in the future after the idea fails, but theres almost no chance they get significant traction or cause any changes
