I have been offering 10 times face value of pre-1964 coinage, and so far have had a decent response. You would probably get more if you want to offer 11 or 11.5 times face value, but then you are coming closer to buying at melt value, which is no fun.

Good luck, hope you get some responses soon. If you don't, don't get discouraged, as I have had no responses for weeks at a time and then 3 or 4 in a two day period........ Just repost every few days to make sure people can see it.

    A Good Price!!

If you do some research on the internet, I believe you will find that your suggested buy prices are extraordinary, but possible. 90% silver coins are being sold in bag lots at spot + 29 cents, and are being purchased at more than 13 times face, with half dollars at a greater premium. Happy Hunting!!

Yes, it is a very good price, thats why I said not to get discouraged from lack of rapid response. You will get some, but not an overwhelming amount.

I don't have a huge budget, so I don't mind spending more time to get a better price, as opposed to a higher price but less time spent. Just play the waiting game......
