    That's right folks the official Coin Outta The Vault series is back!
    Picking things right where I left off, but this time with a twist.
    I find the story on the 1.5x1.5 holder very intriguing. As a lot of you know may my grandpa, Major William Fenlon was in WWII and Vietnam. He, at one point was the pilot for the king and queen of Tripoli Libya and he was stationed in many different places. He has been from in the air, to stranded at sea for days. My grandpa had done it all.

    One thing I know about my late grandpa, is that he collected coins, at one point that mighty collection of his was valued at 250K, and he collected coins from everywhere he went. I have coins from EVERYWHERE! Why do I have them? Simply because in 1991 a small portion of that $250,000 collection was passed down to my dad and in 2008, I got the small collection. (When I say small, I really do mean in value, when it was in its entirety, it was worth less than 1K)

    So onto the coin!

    I love the design of these coins, but what I love even more are the words on the back of the holder.

    "Found by SGT WH Fenlon 1944 WWII From One Who Lost The Use Of It"
    No clue if my grandpa actually got the coin from that person, or he just kicked his butt for it. No telling, but I do think it is neat either way.

    Well here is the coin;

    Glad to see you got the series back in gear. And what a great story it is! Very cool to leave such intriguing notes on the coin holders like that too. It could mean so many things which lends a cool mystery to those few words. These are great coins too!

    Very cool coin and story. And for some reason I like that dark color on it - very nice coin.
