Interestingly enough it also gives you the buy-sell spread on this coin for this dealer -- $3,000 buy, and $3,985 sell -- ~25% profit for a 1oz bullion coin in a slab.

By any chance, is there a typo in this list? Why is the 1/2oz $200 more than the 1oz?

then why is it that the 1/4 oz AGB is higher than 1/2 oz. simply answer is supply and demand. and you can check e-bay 2008w AGE 1/10 oz is selling around $290.00 to $350.00. and for 10 pc of 1/10 oz cost you around $3,000.00. is it also higher than the price of one ounce gold?.

 

What are you looking at? You just listed the prices, and I'm responding to those prices.

1oz - $2,200.00

1/2oz - $2,400.00

1/4oz - $1,800.00

These are the prices you listed. Since when is $1,800 more than $2,400? Who in their right mind would pay $2,400 for a 1/2oz when they can get (according to your figures) a 1oz for $2,200?

Ebay is not a good place to get pricing information. Besides, are these prices you've listed actual sales or are they the sellers' asking prices? There is a big difference! If you want accurate prices, you should be searching Heritage and/or Teletrade archives.

cdn newsletter continue uptrend for its 2006w to 2008w AGE uncirculated gold series. while the AGB unc and proof good series continue its downtrend.

 

I agree that the burnished AGEs seem to have increased in price. Apmex has the 2006w $10 in OGP for $635 and the 2007w $10 in OGP for $749.99, and these are sale prices! TC

 

2006w to 2008w american eagle unc gold series are still inching higher.
