    Hi folks,

I'm thinking about selling off some pieces of jewelry I've picked up over the past few years, and I'm trying to find a good place to sell them as scrap.

I wasn't born yesterday so the "Cash4Gold" route is not an option, but I've read that there are few pm refiners out there that will deal directly with the public and offer a decent spot percentage. My biggest problem is finding a good one!

Does anyone have any experience or advice regarding this sort of thing? I would prefer to use a Canadian company, but I'm open to anyone as long as they deal internationally.

    Thoughts, comments?

    From their website:

    Midwest Refineries now pays:
    • 95% of the pure gold contained in your order
    • 90% of the pure sterling, photographic and coin silver contained in your order
    • 90% of the pure platinum contained in your order
    NO OTHER CHARGES OR FEES!

Wow, these guys are offering some great payouts... Have you had any dealings with them?

Although I would prefer to deal with a Canadian company, I have an email into them to see if they deal with Canadian customers. Thanks for the tip!
