Here's a Titus that I don't think I've posted in this thread (I'll include a second, just in case!)...

This one is ex-Orfew / A. Short Collection, and before that Shlomo Moussaieff (1925-2015), a prominent Israel antiquities collector. This coin was part of his collection of Roman Judaea Capta coins, but this coin is probably best interpreted as celebrated Agricola's campaign on the opposite side of the empire (Britannia/Caledonia).

Titus Captives Trophy Ex Orfew Shlomo Moussaief.jpg

Here's another Titus denarius (only inserting the thumbnail but it's clickable-expandable), just to increase the odds of posted a new one to this thread -- another one that's often misinterpreted as Judaea Capta coin. (Unlike the coin above, which could possibly be a Judaea Capta commemorative 10 years later, the next one definitely is not a Judaea Capta type.)

Very "clever" comment at my expense @GinoLR
I obviously meant a coin that a member would wish to upgrade. I am offended at your puerile and vile comment. Do you make similar comments about the hundreds of ancient coins that celebrate genocide, slavery, disenfranchisement and a whole plethora of unpleasant historical events? A very snide comment @GinoLR and quite honestly I have no time for such unpleasantness and I am out of here and that was my last post.
Once a forum becomes political and contributors take pleasure from deliberately being provocative at the expense of others by sensationalising or interpreting out of context it is time to move on.

I am sincerely sorry my comment was taken like this. I don't know you, I have strictly nothing against you, why should I want to offend you? I was just alluding to the coin, and I should have added some smileys. For me it was supposed to be humour, not an insult... BTW nice coin, even if it could be upgraded, and so interesting. I wish I had one specimen...

I took your comments for what you meant. I've been known to make remarks I thought humorous but were taken in another way. Heck, there's been times I've had to expalin to my wife I was trying to be funny.
