In silver coins.. what is your choice?

Count me in on that $500 face for $1350. I'd be willing to pay $2500, honestly.

At that price BDA yes I would buy all of it...you have something wrong there I think.

My bad.. not $500 face... more like 70+ ounces total weight.. probably $100 face. Again, sorry to give anyone a heart attack.. I mistyped that. It is 90% coins...

Regarding the CML silver - it is .9999 (medical quality). It is also dominated in a country with good supplies of natural resources. The silver denomination is for five dollars vs. one dollar like a ASE.

The above is just a quick summary of some of the attributes of silver CML. I like having a couple tubes. They are pretty too. Watch the premiums, which can fluctuate.

Now for 90 percent junk silver (pre-1964). I have had good luck with locating nice quality quarters. Hopefully, I will have the money if and when I come across nice looking dimes.

 

Zuhara: I would have a very hard time exchanging out my 90% silver dollars. This is especially true for the Morgans, and Peace dollars.

However, you did write "half dollars" - well that would be a little easier if it was not a Barber half. Oh.Oh.... add Walking Liberties to the list of what would be hard to let go of. I only have a few, but I have some many good family memories with these ladies.
