2 uncleaned coins of Gallienus. First one presumably is of Jove. Second one has the obverse completely worn off, encrusted, so I only show the reverse. DIANAE CONS AVG, stag walking right. Just enough in both cases to be able to identify the coins.

    gallienus2.jpg

    gallienus3.jpg

Next: Another antoninianus that can be identified only through some investigative work.

This one was a difficult one! After I concluded that the rev. legend could not be other than SALVS AVG, I had to investigate to find which antoniniani had Salus represented as Isis holding sistrum and basket. Only one emission : Claudius II Gothicus, Antioch, 3rd emission (RIC 1059 (temp.) ).

Next : ISIS ! (not the terrorist gang, the goddess).

I'm not super familiar with Sassanian history but I didn't think they ever ruled Carthage?

Well, Cerberus is immortal, so he's got to be a kind of deity or personification, right? Not to mention that Hadrian himself was eventually deified, as unpopular as that may have been with the Senate.
