Markets taking a hit today !

Just to look at my CNBC app and everything is well off there highs
the only Bright spot is Gold which
is surprising the only thing that is
up, BTC Dow over 4,000 down to
54k which is way down from the 62K
just a week in a half ago my next buy
in will be 47K.

Yes, definitely a downer for stocks and crypto! Funny thing is we can't talk about the reason why but I'm sure everyone knows about the African elephant in the room!

since it changes so fast you have to adjust on the fly

BTC up slightly just now looking for some lows, more bad news should
make for an excellent buy in opportunity

I don't often make the right call but I moved out of Bitcoin at $66000. Nice to see a 20% drop since then.

 

It's not politics, it's the Fed finally acknowledging that inflation is NOT "transitory" and hinting tapering and rate hikes might be accelerated.

Ironically, the new Covid-19 variant might help the markets by slowing a tighter Fed.

I'm at 40% cash with plenty of things on Santa's Buy List.

Not really. As far as anyone can tell you can say the word or mention it, you just cant get into anything about it or how it should be handled. It's honestly impossible to have any market discussion without at least mentioning it, but if it becomes like voldemort where you cant even say the name market discussions should just be banned too
